When it comes to worry, there’s no limit

"Trying to follow the latest scientific research too precisely is itself an unscientific way of going about things. The inherent uncertainty of latest medical opinion is the best reason for not being too in thrall to it. We should follow the broad brush of health advice but resist the illusion of precision. Worrying less does not require us to ignore risks, but to think more clearly about them."
